I’m so grateful to have found Jess, she creates such a warm, safe and comforting space. We have a laugh most sessions and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She has given me many tools to handle even the smallest of issues that might pop up, as well as helped me to learn more about why my brain & emotions work the way that they do and how knowing/understanding this information is important to manage it properly. I have been so appreciative of my sessions with Dora Accouche, she has always been so warm and held space for my most vulnerable moments. It has been so helpful and healing working with her.
Very poor organisation... Had a report completed that cost over $1000 completed so I could present to the family court... The report was full of inconsistencies and ultimately I was not able to use in court.. They didn't even offer an apology for the lack of professionalism and denied me a refund...
I was referred to this place for counselling, and was initially drawn to the ability to book appointments online. However, this is only available to patients already in their system. No worries, I'll call them and book an appointment.. except that I got put on automatic hold and after five or so minutes was told by the machine to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me, which I did.. a week ago. No biggie, I thought, I'll send them an email, they'll respond to that. Except they didn't. and I'm still wait... read more
