The first psychologist place I have come back to more than once! Lauren is amazing, my go too! Always understanding and always fits me in! I have been going to her for a year and abit now and she’s just so amazing!
Professional and friendly to deal with, from the staff at reception to the highly trained psychologists with different specialisations. The offices have a fresh and welcoming feel to them. Highly recommend.
after searching the web I thought I had found someone who could help myself and my husband. The Appointment was available close by and this week. However, we were told that we couldn't see the professional psychologist because her room is upstairs and they cannot accommodate a person with a disability and in a wheelchair. Started off good, was highly recommended, but i don't think i can spill my guts to a 3rd therapist for a 3rd year. I went through a historical SA case, i don't need to be reminded of it every time. Why do you have such a high turnover with staff? Really disappointed that my 1st therapist left after a year 2022 even though she was 'very green' and kept referring to notes all the time, wasting a lot of my time and money. I have had wonderful experiences with Amber who helped me 12 months ago during a very challenging period. I am a changed person thanks to the thought provoking questions she would ask. Definitely worth your time. The clinic also offers "couples counselling", which I attempted to use with my ex. The "psychologist" we used, Sharron, was offensively biased, seemed to only be interested in the drama, and encouraged the other person to constantly interrupt me.
