We are based in Mandurah and I don’t know what we would do without Perth Psychological services! Amazing team, the services and care to treatment is second to none!
I had a horrible time with Dr Lu Arco. I thought he was impatient, inadequate and I felt that he crossed the line with me and the things he said. I was upset with how he didn't stop to think of what my trigger points were and what I needed personally. I think he just assumed things and didn't do his homework. He decided to give tough love without my consent and didn't think before he spoke. I think he should be fired.
My first phychology experience and they remembered me after one visit! My psych saves slots for me too. Receptionist team and psychologists all very friendly and happy. Such a relaxing environment! I would always recommend.
