Maddy and all the staff at Perth Property Management have been very easy to deal with. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue they have responded quickly to get it sorted. I have full time care of my grandson who has several disabilities and they have always allowed me to schedule my property inspections around his needs. I am sorry to hear that they will no longer be managing the property.
I recently moved into a rental property managed by Maddy Malkin. I have had a great experience, and Maddy has made everything easy to deal with. The property management has been amazing, and any repairs have been handled quickly and efficiently. Maddy is fantastic and communicates very well. Whenever there’s been an issue, he addresses it right away and sends help promptly. It is clear that he cares about his tenants, and I am very grateful for his excellent service. I highly recommend Maddy Malkin!
We have been tenants of a property managed by PPM for almost a year and have just renewed our lease for another term. Georgie has been so easy to communicate with throughout our lease and understanding with adjusting inspections around the needs of my children. We have rented a property managed by PPM for 5+ years to date. When the home we were in went up for sale they helped us find a new rental property nearby. Vacating the last property was simple and smooth. Of course there is some back and forth on the details, but I have always found them to be fair, respectful and quick to respond. It can’t be an easy job but I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with.
I've personally been dealing with Maddy from PPM and she's been so professional and helpful throughout the process thus far. She is responsive and her communication is amazing, her boss should be proud
