Last Monday, my partner and I inspected a property in Northbridge. We liked it and decided to apply for the lease. I understand there are many people looking to rent, and I know the chances of being successful can be low. However, like many other applicants, we took the time to attend the inspection and complete the application, which, by the way, has to be filled out from scratch every time because the platform deletes all the saved details every two weeks. Georgie and the team at PPM were very helpful. They made sure that everything was resolved as quickly as possible within their control. Nothing was ever a problem and were very flexible and considerate to make sure our rental experience was good.
