We can’t recommend James highly enough! In a time we’re trades provide substandard work and are very unreliable, James is a breath of fresh air. We own an older home and were stuck with major structural damage. We were getting quote after quote and getting nowhere and then James came along. James got my bathroom renovation done when I had failed miserably to manage this task on my own. He organised, managed and negotiated with the tradesfolk on my behalf. I ended up paying at least 30-40% less than I had been quoted by bathroom renovation companies. James, of course, did some of the work himself and can highly recommend all aspects of his work.
