We recently replaced all internal taps with Perth Plumbing over 2 separate occasions. So, I am a returning customer already. From the start to finish all staff were pleasant and professional, returning calls when they said they would. A big thanks to Owen who did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterwards and gave us a few handy tips and advice as well. Best of all, no hard sell. This was by far the best plumbing experience we have had.
Will be back to PPC for annual service ... Owen and Liam were very professional, helpful and prompt with their help.
I was satisfied with the end result, Liam was efficient and professional and hopefully the problem is solved. He certainly knows what the issue was.

Fabulous customer service! Liam inspected my dripping taps and quoted a very reasonable price. Due to the extreme age of the plumbing in this old (1969) highrise building the job took a little longer than expected so I offered to pay extra for his time. He declined. I am more than happy to add to the many 5 star reviews for this company. Liam is professional, experienced, charming and kind. I very much appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure my taps were fixed.
