I had a disappointing experience with Perth Plumbing Co. I contacted them to enquire about installing a whole-house water filtration system, but was told upfront there would be a $129 call-out fee—even before any inspection or actual work was carried out. There didn’t seem to be any willingness to discuss the job or provide rough guidance beforehand. We recently replaced all internal taps with Perth Plumbing over 2 separate occasions. So, I am a returning customer already. From the start to finish all staff were pleasant and professional, returning calls when they said they would. A big thanks to Owen who did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterwards and gave us a few handy tips and advice as well. Best of all, no hard sell. This was by far the best plumbing experience we have had.
