Owen came on time. He replaced the shower tap mixer cartilage. The job took just 25 minutes. But the estimate was an unusually higher value closer to $400. I approved the work thinking that it was an expensive part to replace. But later I found out that in Reece site, it is a piece less than $40. The workmanship is good, he is very polite. Cleaned everything after. But the price for 25-minute labour and part of that value is unusually high.
Without any doubt I can say that it will be very hard (if not impossible) to find a better team than Jack and Liam. From the quotation provided two weeks ago to the work being done today, they far exceeded my expectations. They are on-time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Amazing emergency job. Owen turned up within 30mins. Found a unusual burst waterpipe underground. Super fast worker, professional work, and had our unit complex back with water, with a smile. Highly recommended, our Strata will use this company again.
