I've been an NHS patient in my teens and private patient in my 20's (had braces twice because I didn't wear my retainer enough). Staff have always been welcoming, friendly and have worked miracles for me. Orthodontics has always notoriously expensive but I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for. The practice is very modern, well maintained, extremely clean and is a pleasant place to visit. So long as you play by the rules you will not have a problem here, a great asset for a city like Perth. Hi there. I just wanted to say the customer service I received at Perth Orthodontics was absolutely fantastic. Your receptionist is beyond exceptional. A warm welcome, informative and nothing was too much trouble. You only get one chance to make a ‘first impression’ and she made a great one. A fantastic representation of your business and would be an asset to any organisations ‘front of house’.
