After a misadventure at my regular dentistry practice, I was so grateful to Mario and his team who contacted me on request and quickly created an appointment time. Despite such a late admission, I never felt rushed or patronised. Absolutely disappointed with the way I was spoken to on the phone today while trying to book my wisdom teeth surgery. The receptionist constantly interrupted me, spoke in a very dismissive and rude manner, and showed zero professionalism or patience. I remained polite and simply asked to be spoken to respectfully, but instead the call was abruptly ended on me. For a medical clinic, the level of customer service was honestly shocking. As a doctor myself, I came to Dr Chang on the recommendation of a medical colleague for wisdom teeth surgery. I had some apprehension about being an older patient for this procedure (known to have an increased complication risk for wisdom teeth surgery). During the initial consult, Dr Chang drew on his experience to put this in proper perspective: while the relative risk is slightly higher, the absolute risk remains very low, and he recommended proceeding with confidence. Dr. Chang is an amazing surgeon. My daughter had a serious facial injury after a bicycle accident, and we were very worried. Thanks to Dr. Chang’s skill and care, her face was fully restored, and the result is wonderful. He was professional, kind, and supportive during a very difficult time for our family.
