Dr. Chang is an amazing surgeon. My daughter had a serious facial injury after a bicycle accident, and we were very worried. Thanks to Dr. Chang’s skill and care, her face was fully restored, and the result is wonderful. He was professional, kind, and supportive during a very difficult time for our family. We are truly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Chang
Doctors were very helpful and nice, however the Reception staff was very disappointing.
I had heard great things about Dr. Mario and had been waiting about 6 months for my appointment and really looking forward to getting this all done. I had made an effort to leave work early so I could make sure I was there on time, however on the way I got stuck in traffic, and I was set back 5-10 minutes. I called the surgery and to my disappointment I had the most disrespectful, rude lady answer the phone. She repeatedly cut me off and was speaking to me like I was stupid for running a bit late. For starters the most wonderful front office staff Laura and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were more than helpful and very accomodating to me. Constant telephone inquiries about my health updates and acquiring a surgery date which was suited to everyone as special considerations needed to be made. On the day of Surgery Dr Mario couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate in making me feel comfortable. A special Dr that takes time with his patients to make them feel special and cared for. Receptionist over the phone was very rude. Seems to be a common review. Should look into getting new staff who like their job
