A woman came to my apartment, who claimed she was an accountant representing this business (CPA accountant) claimed everything incorrectly, which then had the ATO audit my personal tax and freelance sole trading business tax. The ATO didnt even investigate the business and still the business still took my fee, when the money hit their bank account straightaway, therefore I couldn’t claim a refund or dispute their misconduct as the woman claimed she no longer worked at this business as an accountant.
