sent Jamie an email requesting information on a service on our van received via email a price and what it covered , I responded to that letting him know the address and would like to go ahead never heard back so I rang 2 weeks later only to hear he is booked out until October, I am very pleased you are busy but I wish you could have let me know , communication

So good to be able to have Jamie come to service our van at the storage facility where it’s kept. Very thorough service including window and roof seals, even awning. Replaced both electric brake magnets which were badly worn. We were given a detailed list of items checked and repairs. Very nice to deal with and we feel happy that our van has been thoroughly checked.
Sadly not the best experience for me. RAC recommended to repair my Kimberley Kamper. Mobile always goes to voicemail, followed up a couple of times via email and txt, no response there either. He seems quite busy by his phone voicemail stating booked out till June. Have now switched repairer and they pickup first time I rang.
Just had Jamie around to repair and service our caravan. Very prompt and professional. Offered great advice and found him very knowledgeable. Certainly will be getting him back again. Great service thank you
