We visited Perth Medical Imaging for my wife’s 20-week pregnancy scan. As this is our first baby, we were very excited, but the experience was disappointing. Initially making an appointment through the A1 was difficult as it offered me a time not suitable then offered another, which I accepted. However, it then confirmed the original! So after calling back and talking to a human it was changed back again. However, I still received reminders for the original date and when calling back again was told there was no booking for the date and time I requested! Thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. Despite this mix up, the experience once there, was quick, efficient and friendly.
