I just adore the young lady at the front desk when you first walk in. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. She listens and cares about each patient. Even though I had to drive half an hour to get there, it was absolutely worth it. I had an ultrasound to check some lumps I had discovered in my breast. I was able to get an appointment that same week, and the report was sent to my doctor within a couple of days. I then went back for an FNA, which was completely painless! I’m very happy with the whole experience and with all the staff, from the receptionist to the technicians and the radiologist. Everyone was professional, kind and reassuring. Highly recommend!
Great staff all round. I had to make an appointment for an ultrasound. Tried to upload my referral but kept getting told I was off-line. ( I'm not), Then phoned and got some ridiculous AI thing. Don't know if I have an appointment or not. That is all that is wrong with this place.
