Very unprofessional and knowledge very limited
Dr. Aranha is a good physician, helpful and thorough. The office staff are condescending, rude and always interrupt you. The employee Kathy always interrupts and talks to you like you’re stupid for asking a question. Answers with “you were supposed to” and “that’s our policy not others” while interrupting your question and it was a simple clarification, no aggressive language or threatening tones. Dr. Xu is an excellent doctor. It was a tough act to follow Ross McLean who was my doctor for many years, but I am very happy with her compassionate, competent care.
Some of the doctors have serious God complexes but if you don't question their judgement or opinions you'll do fine
