Dr. Aranha is a good physician, helpful and thorough. The office staff are condescending, rude and always interrupt you. The employee Kathy always interrupts and talks to you like you’re stupid for asking a question. Answers with “you were supposed to” and “that’s our policy not others” while interrupting your question and it was a simple clarification, no aggressive language or threatening tones. Dr. Xu is an excellent doctor. It was a tough act to follow Ross McLean who was my doctor for many years, but I am very happy with her compassionate, competent care.
Some of the doctors have serious God complexes but if you don't question their judgement or opinions you'll do fine
**Edit** While Dr MacDonald is by far the best, most caring and in tune doctor I’ve ever seen in my 40 odd years on this planet, and I’m very thankful to have found him, I’ve grown so exasperated by the unnecessarily, unbelievably and inexcusably rude older woman at the desk, that I’m considering adding my name to a wait list somewhere else.
