Todd's service and dedication to helping others is outstanding. We had an emergency over father's day weekend with respect to our boat key braking off in the ignition while in the middle of a lake. Todd was available when no-one else was to help us trouble shoot solutions to get it operable so we could get us back to shore safely. He went above and beyond to source the discontinued key blanks (~50 year old pistol keys) for our old boat, and within 24 hours he had travelled to pick them up and be ready to cut our replacem... read more

Todd was so friendly and helpful and incredibly thorough. I had to call him last minute in order to help get into a very difficult lock on my house door, he didn’t quit until he found the solution and was generous with his time and made sure I got safely inside and had a new working door handle and keys. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend his services to anyone.
