My partner and I made provisions to staff our busy, small business so that we could attend an afternoon viewing of a property in Guilderton, as scheduled earlier in the week with Peter Turner (over a three hour round trip). They just ignore my applications! I am going to write a lot of bad reviews on this rotten company! Keep away from them very unprofessional and unaustralian.
I do not recommend this Real Estate. I have just had the worst experience of my life regarding buying a house. I put an offer in which was held for nearly a week. There was no communication by Peter or his staff. It was only when I chased them up that I heard that my offer had not been accepted. I was also told that I hadn’t been contacted because Peter did not have my number, yet, I had filled out two forms for them that both had my number on them. Put in an offer 5 days before home open. Offer was not presented to owner until after home open, though all paper work was filled in and returned promptly. Wasn't advised of this until it was too late and offer had been out bid. Apparently he had lost our contact (what was the point in sending all that paperwork in then I wonder) No communication to advise there were even any other offers without giving us the chance to bid higher had we wished to do so.
