I have had one of the most stressful, infuriating experiences with this real estate over the past year. To start, the property manager changed three times in a single year — without any notification to me. I only found out because of the endless problems I had to deal with, including the absurd water bill issue. They initially tried to charge me $700 for water usage I could never have incurred as a single person.
