These cleaners never showed up or contacted me to give a reason why. Don't use a company that doesn't offer to make payment on the day or on completion. I owe these people nothing.

Very disappointed in communication for billing structure with Perth home cleaners. I was charged $134 for one hour of cleaning when I was told the rate would be $67 per hour. I called the very day and no one answered and left a voicemail for someone to ring me back. No one called me back after my voicemail so I had to follow up again and they told me “I’ve misunderstood that they charge per cleaner” and because they sent two cleaners for an hour worth of work I must pay “per cleaner”. Warning - If you value your money, time or health, stay away from this company. Especially if you are disabled and on the NDIS. Their unskilled cleaners will do almost nothing whilst they are there (see images). If you complain, they will do nothing, completely ignore you, and still send you a bill. -- Update -- They will then post on here and try to spin a narrative that you have mental health problems. If you value your money, time or health, I would avoid using this company, especially if you are disabled and on the NDIS. Their unskilled cleaners will do almost nothing whilst they are there (see images). If you complain, they will do nothing, completely ignore you, and still send you a bill. They have also been reported to the NDIS quality and safeguard commission. They are the worst small business I have personally had to deal with. I had a terrible experience with Perth Home Cleaners. The cleaner quoted $228 for a 4-hour job covering two bathrooms, the kitchen (exteriors only), and the balcony. Out of goodwill, I paid $270 hoping for quality work, but the results were very poor. The bathrooms still had stains, the kitchen was greasy and dusty, and the balcony/windows were left untouched with cobwebs. Despite paying more than quoted, I now need to hire another service.
