We had the best time at Hillary’s Retreat. Kim who organised the booking was so incredibly helpful & helped me find this place as somewhere else we wanted was booked. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Truly the best service. The house itself & the exterior is stunning. All the rooms are light & airy, well equipped large kitchen even with a slow cooker. Our experience with Kim the manager of Perth Holiday Stays over the decade that she has managed our holiday home has been outstanding from start to finish. nothing has ever been too much trouble. Kim takes immense pride in ensuring guests at her holiday homes have a comfortable and memorable holiday experience, her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made our experience as an owner of a holiday home stress-free and relaxing. We can't recommend Kim as a holiday home manager highly enough.
I highly recommend Kim of Perth Holiday Stays. We own a property that she looks after and she makes the whole process completely stress free. She works hard to secure bookings, liaises with clients and ensures the property is ready and well stocked. We would never have considered doing this without support and Kim far exceeded our expectations.
We rented our property out through Perth Holiday Stays for about 2 years. It was reassuring to know we had someone as amazing as Kim that we could trust, as we were living in the UK at the time. We stayed at Hillarys Coastal Retreat in January and had a fantastic experience. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Hillarys and the surrounding area. The service from the Perth Holiday Stays team was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and professional from booking through to check-out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth.
