I waited sometime to see my chosen specialist but was called by the organisation to change to another practioner Dr S Rao. I was experiencing a number of symptoms including pain,severe watery diahorrea and incontinance at times I took along some recent results with me, inclusing mildly elevated lipase level, a faecal calprotectin test which was elevated and a faecal elastase test result of 34 showing severe pancreatic enzyme insufficiency as it should be over 200. During my recent procedure I had the pleasure of speaking with Elisa, the wonderful receptionist. She was so kind and thorough. Dr Kontorinis was incredibly professional, and had a kind beside manner. The anaesthetist Dr Nick also was caring and very professional. I had a very positive experience as a result and therefore highly recommend this practice.

Review for Dr Arul Suthananthan, Liver specialist. I have been struggling with symptoms for over a year, due to having a big hemangioma tumor on my liver. In the past year I have been hospitalised and seen by 3 different specialists, both government and public. Dr Picardo is an amazing gastroenterologist. He truely cares about his patients and does everything in his power to ensure that I’m looked after and treated as best as possible. The reception staff at this facility are also friendly, and navigate patient flow effectively: I’ve never had to wait for my scheduled appointment time.

Dr Justin Chin is an excellent medical professional. The clinic is well situated for parking and the staff are first class. I enjoy my appointments there I always feel well looked after and my health highly valued.
