They installed two single garage doors on our new build. First one failed within 3 months - both cables came off and caused mayhem. It took days of my wife's car being locked in, with multiple phone messages and emails, to get them to come repair it. Today, a month later, the other door failed in a similar manner - except this time I watched it happen and know that none of their excuses (frozen bottom, etc) were a factor. It's been 3 years now since Grant had installed our doors. They are great. We didn't want the typical look of most garage doors out there and Grant suggested a profile that we just loved. I had got a second quote from another area installer and their quote was made up with all the cheapest options so they could be the lowest quote.
