Phenomenal level of service and knowledge. I came in knowing next to nothing about what e-bike would suit me best for getting myself to and from Uni but Felix (I think that was his name!) was a huge help. He was kind and I could tell he really wanted what was best for me (vs just trying to sell me something expensive). I’m incredible happy with my bike and I would come back in a heartbeat!
Marcel and Felix are of great help and their knowledge of every type of electric bike in their store is outstanding.
Felix was so patient and informative helping me choose the right e-bike. I had never tried one before this and was able to ride a couple of different bikes outside to get the feel of it. After buying the bike, Felix did a complete handover and organised delivery. Brilliant service. Nice and easy. Highly recommend 🙌🏻
