Mike was very friendly and helpful in assisting with installing a new dishwasher at the the Motor Museum of WA. It eventuated that there was a significant water flow issue to the new unit, which resulted in Mike coming back to the Museum and assisting with what was eventually found to be an infrastructure issue. Mike presented a solution which resulted in the new unit being swapped out to try and eliminate any potential mechanical problem and came back and installed a second unit. Call out fee $165. New dishwasher rotor $185 = $350. Price for a new rotor at Perth appliances, $142. Amazon $45.99. I’ll give you a discount he said , and only charge you $175. Ooh thankyou I said . Checked my bank account , I’ve been charged $361 for a 15 minute job. But all 5 star reviews ?? 🤔 Rip off merchants
