Buyer beware... if you are buying Phillips filters from here make sure you check pricing online first and ask for price matching otherwise you will pay ALOT more than you need to. I ask them for a credit and they wouldnt. Will be going elsewhere in future. Disappointing.
Great customer service very knowledgeable very helpful, got me to the perfect settings thank you very much to the manager of the yokine store she is always being a great help! Warrenty come in quick when there was a fault and a loan machine was provided straight away, I highly recommend this cpap
I have sought advice on several occasions and purchased a Resmed machine and parts on other occasions. I have found the staff at the Yokine clinic welcoming and helpful at all times. I recommend a visit to the Yokine clinic for all your CPAP needs.
I returned my machine for a repair under warranty and they said it would be 3-4 weeks and it is now 8 weeks. I went in two weeks ago to check and the date they gave me has now passed. No phone call to update me on progress. They don't answer the phone, they don't return a message left on voicemail. I used to get such good service from Emily when she worked here but it seems to have gone downhill. A little bit of communication goes a long way. I wouldn't be posting this if someone had returned my call today.
Sudikshya at Yokine was extremely helpful when I purchased some accessories for my CPAP machine ! The items were the last ones in stock and so she price matched the items saving me quite a deal of money. Top service !
