Purchased a new Grand Cherokee 4xe and everything went smooth with great customer service. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been nothing but problems since it was purchased. Stellantis has been unable to figure out the mechanical issues and refused to do anything except to keep putting me in rental cars while my Jeep remained in the shop. No very good they don’t keep anything up to date drove all the way there to look at a vehicle they had on there website and it was sold this was the second time I have done this and same out come for both vehicles already sold
