Reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m dealing with a serious health issue and didn’t even get the chance to see a doctor. Instead of support, I was met with impatience and had the call hung up on me. Very disappointing experience.
Thankyou Dr Filgate for looking after me. As I wait in reception at Hollywood Hospital to go home, I have time to reflect on the experience from pre Surgery to discharge and I could thank him enough.
Highly recommend Dr Rhys Filgate. Very easy to talk to and explained everything about my surgery for bowel cancer and insertion of my infusaport.
I am glad that l was recommended to Rhys Filgate as he showed real professionalism throughout from first consult, surgery and post op visits, was very caring and informative and kept in contact with regular phone calls. His staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
