After surgery that was not necessary but recommended by Andrew Finlayson, i am still trying to fix the nerve pain issues the leaking and constant bowel issues i did not have before the surgery even with my previous bowl condition. and the epidural did not help as i have no feeling in my back and muscle damage to leg and back. and you got away with it due to covid ! not happy with your after care either as your cystoscopy doctor didnt even turn up for the procedure. i have lost my faith in how the medical system works now.
Reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m dealing with a serious health issue and didn’t even get the chance to see a doctor. Instead of support, I was met with impatience and had the call hung up on me. Very disappointing experience.
Thankyou Dr Filgate for looking after me. As I wait in reception at Hollywood Hospital to go home, I have time to reflect on the experience from pre Surgery to discharge and I could thank him enough.
Highly recommend Dr Rhys Filgate. Very easy to talk to and explained everything about my surgery for bowel cancer and insertion of my infusaport.
