Was hesitant at first due to other reviews here. However, my own experience has been nothing but smooth. Positive experiences with Dr K.A. and the reception staff.
Despite having a referral with the Doctors name, they refuse to see me as they are "too busy" even when I contacted them consistently over 2 months. Seems like it's dollars over deaths for these Doctors. Didn't you take an oath to help people not your pockets?
AVOID PSYCHIATRY CLINIC & DR SUPARARE Most unprofessional clinic I have ever been in. Didn't have documents ready so wasted $650 on initial appt to be told they cannot help me. Asked for a letter for my University as they just trialed me on a medication I didn't want/need and referred me elsewhere where I had to pay another $700 for initial appt. I can accept that but 6 weeks of regularly contacting and for last 4 weeks keep saying will contact me about letter. Still waiting. Condensending staff. Have all emails and phone da... read more
Watch out if you are to sick you get to go on a couple times.then the nurses not doc or admin decide if they want you back or not.
just called up to ask a question as I am quite new to all of this and unsure of what to do as I couldn’t get in with my doctor at all & no other doctors would accept me as they need to be a co prescribed (fair enough) but like I said this is new to me and so I called to ask what there was I could do and the receptionist basically told me I’ve been prescribed wrong as I should have got 6 months, I didn’t I got 4 months and I kept repeating that.
