My 14 month old Peugeot e2008 completely failed. After 3 months it was still not working, and I still didn't have a loan car. So I demanded a refund I believe I am entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. It has now been 6 months and they have still not agreed to a refund. I have reported them to the ACCC. The next step is magistrates court.
