After phoning several times and being fobbed off by non-medical reception staff who insisted my throat issues were “probably viral”, I finally managed to see a doctor. Avoid this practice at all costs. I have had nothing but constant issues since transferring here. Registration problems: My documents were lost twice, and it took over six weeks to get my repeat prescription sorted. During this time, I was deregistered from my old surgery and left without my essential monthly medication. The practice refused to help me despite the situation being caused by their own mistakes. It was awful and wouldn’t recommend to go there. Very rude and disrespectful to the patients
The reception staff are awful there is no need for being so rude, it is not fair for patients when they are not felling there best , they should try hiaring someone with some empathy . We will be transferring as soon as possible to a different practice
“I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Peterson and I am really grateful for the care I received. Despite the pain I was in Dr. Peterson took the time to assess my situation properly and administer the necessary medication without rushing. I felt very well looked after and I truly appreciated the calm, professional manner during that stressful moment. Thank you for making sure I got the help I needed.
