I purchased 2 Skoda Rapids in 2019, sales guys were awesome to the point of being annoying with numerous texts and phone calls before and after delivery. The first few services went well, but after the service contract ended the smiles faded and it was almost like they decided to make up whatever profit they lost all in one go.
