This is a big old hotel built - more like a great country pub with friendly atmosphere and great staff. Its location cant be beat with easy access to DFO across the road, great near by food and drinks (brew dog is around the corner). Free parking is a bonus. The owner Manager is there constantly and works hard to make your stay comfortable. The room was full equipped and I had everything I need. Thanks to Ed and the team for my time in the city!
Room was in bad condition, and the couch was falling apart. Cigarette stains in the curtains, in lounge room and the bedrooms. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Communication was terrible with the hotel, dodgy hold of bond had to PayID and has to ask multiple times to get the bond back. Scary location. Wouldn’t recommend.
I understand the fact the apartment is nearby city, but the efficiency of the hotel and environment was not comfortable enough. On top of that, the hospitality and fees are absolute horrendous especially the security bond money.
Bad hospitality and poor service. Disappointed 👎🏻
