Fantastic outfit to deal with had my Aircon installed a few years ago and had a warranty claim recently. It was very quickly resolved with a small control unit replaced. Chris and James came out and we’re really good at keeping in contact for when they was scheduled to arrive and then installed the unit pretty fast and everything was resolved with ease. Can’t recommend them enough -fantastic people and service
The technicians left a mess while cleaning the split system in my living room. There were multiple streaks of cleaning product which left stains on my TV screen, stand and surrounding area. Even when cleaned off the screen is permanently damaged. Despite providing before and after photo evidence that this occurred during the service, Kurt was unhelpful, refused to take any accountability or offer any compensation for the damage. I engaged Perth City Air for a quote to supply and install a ducted reverse cycle system for my home in Guildford. The company responded in a timely manner, quote confirmed early December 2025, work scheduled and completed early January 2026. The communication and professionalism of the teams involved was outstanding, questions answered clearly and works completed as scheduled.
