Had an excellent experience with Perth City Air. My review differs from most because I did not actually engage Perth City Air to replace my air conditioner. But their quote was very competitive, they almost 'won the race', and it is worth noting that the company I chose spoke highly of Perth City Air after I told them which other firm had also provided a quote. It is small compensation in circumstances where they did not win my business, but I felt I still owed Perth City Air a good review for the professionalism they demonstrated.

After the passing of my 20 year old system I was referred by a family member to Perth City Air. The process from quoting to installation has been exceptional with my new Mitsubishi unit ( which is great) installed and working within 2 weeks of my old unit failing. All contact from quoting to installation has been wonderful. Thank you to all from quoting, admin and installation teams.
