Emergency waiting 3.5 hours.is that ED ?Worst service ever. My son’s forehead was bleeding and nurse it’s fine wait because we tried to stop his blood and put sterile strips on it, his nose and his lips inside bleeding.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff who cared for my 11-month-old daughter. We arrived at the Emergency Department because she had developed a high fever. The triage nurse was kind, professional, and attentive, and provided medication while we waited. We were patiently waiting in the waiting area like other families, until my daughter suddenly suffered a seizure. The response from the medical team was immediate. Absolutely devastating. Arrived at the Children’s Hospital at 5:30pm on a Wednesday, the triage nurse saw us within 10 minutes of entering and waiting. He was kind enough to apologise and set an expectation of a long wait time of about 1 hour and 30 mins. We didn’t mind as my child has been having a concerning temperature of 40 degrees for 3 days in a row with symptoms of coughing, runny nose, excessive sweating and no appetite to eat.
