Brett & his waiter Nicholas created a home catered experience one would expect from a Gold Plate restaurant. All 11 guests were treated to a 5 course fine dining affair with all the trimmings. Brett clearly takes a great deal of pride in his craft along with being very well organized & responsive in the lead up to the event. The consummate professional.
