Would like to pass on our absolute praise for Neil, who was our amazing driver for all 3 of the recent WWE shows at the RAC Arena. Not only was Neil knowledgeable and able to guide us to a more beneficial pick up point, he was friendly, professional and put my anxiety at rest for our trips. We all enjoyed the trips chatting effortlessly with Neil and sharing a few jokes. Too expensive for poor quality. I paid a high price expecting luxury and punctuality, but I got a grumpy driver and an old vehicle. The ride was uncomfortable and stressful.
Was promised a professional chauffeur, but got someone who barely spoke English and didn’t know the area at all.
Customer service was rude when I called to complain. They refused to offer any refund or compensation. Terrible experience!
Bad service! The car was dirty and smelled bad. It was also very small and there was a problem with the air conditioning. They cheated me. How do they drive like that? It was the worst experience I've ever had. I think it's best to avoid them.
