Went today to get a monitor fitted. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Went to Dr. Epstein today regarding a POTS diagnosis, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. POTS often gets overlooked and dismissed by medical professionals, so to see a doctor take it seriously and show me great resources to help me manage this condition was a welcomed surprise. 😊
I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Perth Cardiovascular Institute at the St. James branch. Despite making a concerted effort to schedule appointments in accordance with my GP's referral, the incompetence of the staff led to a grave inconvenience. Was referred for some testing here by my doctor, been trying to get in contact for days now with no luck, both emails bounce back saying ": exceeded storage allocation", attempted to call multiple times (5 total now), if someone answers they hang up immediately, if you request a call back they let it ring once and hang up before you can answer, and I was sat at my phone waiting for this call.
