The staff and doctors here were wonderful Friendly and very professional. Thank you
The two young reception staff were very unwelcoming. Did not make eye contact with me and were not friendly at all., which is unfortunate as I was quite stressed about the test I was having. One spent most of the time eating and all I could hear was cutlery banging on a bowl. Staff members walking around with open toed shoes on which looked unprofessional and one staff member with the back of her shoes down shuffling along. Not a good look ladies. Very disappointed.
I was very nervous before my appointment today but received excellent care from Drew during my Echocardiogram and holter monitor fitting. He was very respectful of my privacy and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure, which was very important for me, as let’s be honest, I did not want to be there having tests in the first place. I would absolutely recommend requesting a referral from your GP to the Perth Cardiovascular Institute if you ever need to see someone for Cardiovascular concerns.
