I had a wonderful experience with Perth Ayurveda for their 3-day postnatal massage service. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and helped me feel refreshed both physically and mentally. I had a really great experience here! Dr Jini was friendly and welcoming, and the massage was very relaxing. The receptionist was professional and made sure the experience was comfortable throughout. The place was clean, peaceful, and had a really nice atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!
I travelled from Brisbane to Perth after hearing so many great things about Perth Ayurvedic Centre. I had a really painful skin issue, and after seeing Dr. Jini, I noticed a huge improvement within just a couple of weeks. I was genuinely shocked at how quickly it almost completely cleared up. I made a booking and received a confirmation email. When I went to the address, nobody answered the door. I also tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up the phone. It was a very frustrating experience due to the complete lack of communication. I hope they improve their customer service and responsiveness.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I booked a massage through their website and received a confirmation for my 12:00 pm appointment. When I arrived, no one answered the door. I called multiple times, but nobody picked up. I even tried calling from another number, and although the phone rang, it was still ignored.
