I was renting from them and they charged me the price of full bumper+paint+fitting for a minor crack when I returned the car.

When I hired a car from them, the staff were in a rush during the inspection and didn’t properly check the vehicle. I pointed out a few minor scratches and even asked if I should take photos, but they told me not to worry as the scratches were "minute" and didn't need to be recorded.
