I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic. I left my car for service, and the mechanic promised he would call me before 6 PM to arrange pickup. I never received a call, so I drove to the workshop, only to find no one there. When I called him, he claimed there was an emergency and asked me to come back tomorrow. It felt like nothing but excuses. From the moment I dropped off my car, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service were already evident. Would not recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! They quoted me over $2500 for a job to be done using parts from a wrecker, and said that was “heavily discounted”. I asked them to just inspect and service my car to which they did a very minor and cheap job. I know my car has specific issues and when I mentioned it to them they said “what is that?” He was speaking to another in the background in a different language before replying to me. I am of very few people who likes to write anything for anyone. Though, surely wanna shout out to Perth Auto Mechanic (PAM) guys for on the spot fix of my Benz coolant leak under manifold through the plastic pipe. I normally get my logbook service done by other provider which is well known but they quoted me to fic this issue for 1600$ and that too after keeping my car for 2 days (also charged to find the leak) and they would replace with another plastic pipe.
