I had a faulty thermocouple in my Evenheat kiln and had tried to find a distributor who could help me source a replacement. No one cared except these lovely people. Eva was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that the make and model numbers were correct - it was being ordered from the US, and I'm in Cairns on the east coast, so we didn't want to get it wrong. Ian is a very friendly, professional and experienced glazier. I had a very good experience. It was only for a pane replacement but everything was perfect, from the point of contact through emails to the final polish of the glass. Worth every penny. Definitely recommend.

I bought some black patina and not only did it arrive quickly from WA to Tas, just a couple of days but it was was well rapt with a lovely card a a bag of lollies. They have won me over and I highly recommend.
