In the two years I was a loyal customer at Perth Art Glass I spent thousands of dollars with them and recommended them as a supplier to over 30 students. I am writing this review having now raised an issue with them over the quality of one of the products they sell (a grinder) and asking for a refund. On doing this I was met with the most arrogant, patronising and rude reply by the owner, accusing me of dishonesty and user neglect, and refusing to refund items under warranty. I recently completed the 'lead lighting' course here and not only did I come out with a new skill which is far from my field of expertise, I thoroughly enjoyed the course which was ran by Alec. He observed patience and had an excellent way of teaching his trade to absolute beginners.
Very helpful with a recent phone order. Packed and sent it the same day with delivery received the next day to a country town. Very surprised by the speed of delivery and happy with this service and packing.
Always professional. Glass is safely packed. Love the half sheet option.
I've just received my first order (5 moulds) from Perth Art Glass and I'm absolutely delighted with the excellent customer service evident in its prompt delivery, the exceptional way in which each mould was multi-bubble-wrap packed, the very pleasant and unexpected inclusions (lollies and a pen!), and the free shipping.
