I highly recommend Yoni. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and the best masseur I have tried in Perth. The environment is fantastic too.
Low histamine diet, what is that? Here I am suffering with itching all over my body for months, and my doctor and specialist never mentioned that I could cut back on eating high histamine foods. Elisa mentioned this to me within minutes of my appointment. It changed my whole outlook on my problem. My GP had suggest that I take high doses of Loratadine (antihistamine tablets). The people were friendly, but the practitioners are not qualified to deal with allergies, because they are not doctors, i.e. immunologists/allergists, hence they call themselves health consultants. So, what they do is give you a bit of nutritional advice and try to upsell some pricey supplements.
