Pertex helped with a claim that had been denied. They met with the insurance adjuster and were able to get the claim resolved. What I liked most was how well they communicated with me throughout the process.
Helped me throughout multiple steps to deal with a manufacturer to replace defective shingles / roof from them. Great communication, great to work with, honest, and great work was done.
The process with the insurance company to repair my roof was a battle for every line item. I might have backed down, but I had PERTEX in my corner who fought for everything that needed to be replaced and repaired.
We had major damage after a wind and hail storm. They fixed my roof, fixed inside damage, painted inside, and stained my fence. Pertex also handled everything with insurance, including getting our hotel expenses reimbursed. I would definitely recommend.
They are the best! Exceptional work, commitment to making sure the client is pleased with the outcome, and most importantly exceptional at working with the insurance provider to make any additional work that is uncovered is submitted properly.
