I called to see if I could get my tiny pooch in for a apt the woman asked if I'd been in before and after I responded no, she said uh we don't have any appointments for any new clients and hung up. I'm not sure why my request for an appointment was unreasonable and I'm not even upset that there wasn't an appointment. I'm upset that I'm left feeling like how dare I ask.
