I signed up with a holiday discount code for the at home streaming membership, and the BounceLab classes have truly revived me from my sloth-like lifestyle. I've had a rebounder for over a year and barely used it. Now, thanks to these awesome bounce classes, I'm in it to win it. The music is fun, the cardio is super intense, and the choreography is nearly impossible. But when I do catch on, it's really rewarding. I love Perspirology for their high energy classes, fantastic teachers / owners, and of course, great music! Always a great workout and you never get bored!
I absolutely love this place, this is the most fun,functional workout someone that has never workout can get great results in a month, it's also therapeutic, because it requires you to be present, and stay in the moment! You must join this experience!!!!
