Grateful to have found this wonderful rejuvenating location! And, it's truly been the manager Teresa Iglesias & the owner Katelyn Mccreery that have inspired me to come to Perspire. They are so wonderful & as the owner of the Gratitude Healthy Hub in the SouthBay, it's been so wonderful connecting with them & building community together. They are the reason I refer people to Perspire!

Exceeded my expectations - facility is very clean and the towels are very generous. Sauna was the perfect size for me being 5’1” and the speakers in the sauna worked perfect. I look forward to incorporating this in my wellness journey and maybe making it a weekly routine. The staff was very friendly and helpful too!
A friend of mine purchased an infrared sauna, and I have used it a few times and liked it. I also considered buying one but wasn't sure I wanted to spend $8k on one now. When I noticed Perspire opened in my area, I checked it out. So far, I love it and how I feel after a session! It's very easy to book appointments on their app also!
