Staff always welcoming
This sauna experience was a 10/10! From booking my appointment to how I feel after my first session was great. Had all the appropriate amenities in the room. I was really able to reset after my long week. Definitely check them out!
Absolutely disgusting experience at Perspire Sauna Studio. I’ve been here before and decided to come back while I was in town, but this place has clearly gone downhill. The staff were incredibly rude and had zero professionalism it felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. What’s even worse is the cleanliness. In an effort to stay healthy and vibrant at the young age of 66, I tried the infrared sauna with red light therapy. The staff at Perspire on PCH in the South Bay was awesome! Super nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Loved the whole experience! Very clean environment and wonderful! I’ll be back!
