Love this boutique sauna studio! It’s relaxing and custom to YOU and your needs every time you walk into your private room. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to plenty of saunas, but this one really stands out. It’s not just about sitting in the heat for the benefits, they’ve made it a full experience. You get your own private room with space to change, and you can even choose your light color (in addition to the red light) based on the benefits you want. There’s a big screen TV so you can meditate, listen to music, or even watch Netflix while you sweat it out. What an amazing experience! This was my first time using a highly advanced sauna treatment where infra red was used to address healing and restorative processes. I felt very comfortable and the entire staff made me feel safe. This is a very luxurious and upscale location that is sure to melt all the stress away after a long day or week at the office. I will be back again, Perspire Sauna is the best sauna experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!
