I had a wonderful experience at Perspire on Maple. The staff was helpful, the place is very clean, scheduling was easy and it was very relaxing! I will definitely be making this a regular part of my week.
I have gone to perspire multiple times and every time the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and ready to go for you. I highly recommend the private sauna experience is amazing for relaxation and releasing toxins!

If you have not invested in a combo of red light therapy and dry heat…you’re missing out. Perspire is the place to do it! The staff is fantastic, I feel relaxed and taken care of when I am there. The cleanliness is gold standard, and the all-around experience is second to none. They even offer LMNT packets and beverages for an on-site experience booster! Can’t wait for my next session!
