Have been going to Perspire for a few months now. Always easy to book and find a convenient time. Rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly!

I enjoyed both of my visits to Perspire. Traditional saunas aggravate my asthma. I had no struggles breathing. I was comfortable and relaxed. I like that I’m able to control the temperature to suit me. The cold eucalyptus towel is refreshing afterwards.
