I had a wonderful experience at the Newport Bluffs Perspire Sauna Studio. The room was perfectly clean and the staff was super helpful.. I look forward to doing more saunas there .

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE , I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR SO THAT I CAN WRITE THIS REVIEW . They sold me individual sessions and told me i can use them at anytime at that location only .After going so many times during the year, they forgot to mention that the classes expire in a year and that you cannot share any classes . This place is so pathetic that they did not allow me to use up my classes . DO NOT GO .

Good facility perhaps, but terrible “customer service” and corporate policies. Pre-paid for a package of sessions which do state at time of purchase that they expire within a year. Life happens, you get busy, priorities change and not all sessions get used… beware that you will not get a single notification that you have unused sessions that will expire. Extremely accommodating staff at Perspire Sauna in Newport Beach. They will bend over backwards to make your experience go well. Very, very clean facilities too!
