OMG! What a nice place to go. Clean, relaxing, caring. If you need time for yourself to recharge and get some rest, it's the perfect place to go. There is a very friendly staff, helpful and reciprocal. The sauna is a great place to detoxify the body. Highly recommend going!
Chanel had the unbelievable gall to ignore my very clear communication to her and should be trained on the concept of boundaries and the very basics of professional conduct. Despite the fact that I said I was NOT interested in being a customer at this perspire location or any other, and despite the fact that I told her not to contact me or charge me again, she emailed me to say I could still stay on at the $99 rate after I had a horrible experience with her and with an employee at another location. The staff here is outstanding. They are always super welcoming and helpful. The saunas are well maintained,. and it's really great that they have TVs inside, so you can watch Netflix or Hulu or YouTube during your sessions to pass the time. These regular sauna sessions have really improved my sleep quality.
I’ve been coming to this Perspire location for a couple of years now and have always loved the concept. Having a private sauna space to relax, reset, and disconnect has been especially meaningful for me, particularly during and after my cancer journey. There was previously a manager here who was incredibly friendly and clearly trained the staff to be welcoming, kind, and attentive, which made a big difference in the overall experience.
