The staff here is outstanding. They are always super welcoming and helpful. The saunas are well maintained,. and it's really great that they have TVs inside, so you can watch Netflix or Hulu or YouTube during your sessions to pass the time. These regular sauna sessions have really improved my sleep quality.
I’ve been coming to this Perspire location for a couple of years now and have always loved the concept. Having a private sauna space to relax, reset, and disconnect has been especially meaningful for me, particularly during and after my cancer journey. There was previously a manager here who was incredibly friendly and clearly trained the staff to be welcoming, kind, and attentive, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Edit—3 years later. This issue has been sorted and had super seamless experience here recently. They ironed out the kinks! ——— Love this franchise, but for this particular location, you cannot depend on the app being accurate for scheduling. Understandable that there are staff needs and lunch times that need to be blocked off, but make sure your system reflects an accurate schedule if the primary way of booking is through an app. For all those looking to book with the app, make sure you call to verify your appointment time. ... read more
