I love this place. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, and the little details (like the chilled towels and my temperature to my liking by the time I show up) make it extra special. I love having this time for myself before I get on the freeway for my evening commute, and I can’t recommend it enough as a way to start or end your day.
An excellent sauna studio, always clean and ready for my visits. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Booked an appointment for a 50 minute IR sauna session and went in. Finished up, left, and found out they raised the price (from $45 to $60 a session) after seeing my credit card statement. Never was brought up of course. For context I actually shared the little box with my friend who was also charged $60. So $120 for 2 people to share a sauna for 50 minutes... Highly recommend. An impressive array of service offerings. I wish they would sell Pause towels, but otherwise - this place is phenomenal.
