I go here once a week and I swear by it. Between the sauna, the red light and choosing between multiple infrared lights that do different things for your body and mind. Plus the tv in every private room that you can play healing frequencies on or any other music or show you want, I leave feeling like a different person each time. We were a little disappointed by the tour of the facilities and left feeling a little less refreshed than we had at similar studios of the same price range Response to owner: I can only go by my definition of "refreshed." We have been to a few local studios trying to find the one for us and I can only be honest about my experience.

Perspire is incredible! As I look for ways to benefit my health journey, I have found a place where I can relax as the heat of the sauna does its work. Great staff. Great facility!
