I am so glad I tried Perspire! I have arthritis and used to struggle to get out of bed everyday. This has been a game changer. I go 4-5 times a week and have almost no pain in my back and neck anymore! The staff is always friendly and the saunas are always clean and ready to go.
Updating my review as it's been a constant staple of my self care routine. What I love about the sauna is you can adjust how you use the room. I started out using Gua Sha in the room to break down muscle tension, opted for the bigger rooms when I wanted space to stretch, but found my favorite is setting the temp to 150 and make shifting hot/cold therapy by opening/closing the door to drop & increase the temp...it works best with the smaller rooms. Horrible!!!!!! I’ve been trying to get them to cancel my membership and the answer is always the owner will when they get in and never do. Was just charged again. Will never recommend
