Everything about this location was lovely. The issue came up when it was time to cxl my membership. I’m a travel nurse and I told the desk I was leaving this location on 3/25/2025 but on June 1.2025 I was charged called up they said they would cxl and have the manager call me. I did not receive that call and to my surprise another charge for July and August called again and was told it cxl and the manager would call me. I’ll keep everyone posted if I receive a call.

Using this studio has been a very good experience. Rooms are clean, the sauna is easy to use and I enjoy having a TV with sound in the Sauna to enhance the experience.
